Allison McQueeney is an executive compensation associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Allison advises private equity firms and public and private companies on a wide range of compensation and associated tax, securities law and corporate governance matters, including the negotiation of employment, consulting and severance arrangements as well as the design, disclosure and implementation of equity and cash incentive programs.
