Prior to joining Kirkland, Jack was involved in the following representative matters:

• A fund managed by Macquarie Asset Management in its agreement to acquire 40% equity interest in Diamond Infrastructure Solutions (Diamond) from Dow Inc. for approximately $2.4 billion.
• Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners in its equity commitment with Longview Infrastructure, a newly formed electric transmission development and investment platform.
• Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners in its acquisition of Fleet Companies, a regional trailer dealership and leasing company.
• H.I.G. Capital in its acquisition of a controlling interest in Greenflash Infrastructure, LP. Greenflash Infrastructure is a grid-scale energy storage and power generation company.
• Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners in its definitive documentation with American Tower subsidiary CoreSite to form a joint venture to develop, construct and operate a new 18-megawatt data center campus in Denver, Colorado with CoreSite operating the data center.
• Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners in a preferred equity investment into Logistec.
• Enbridge Inc. in an infrastructure development agreement with Divert Inc. to develop wasted-food-to-RNG projects across the U.S. for up to more than $1 billion of capital investment underpinned by long-term, take-or-pay contracts.
• Enbridge Inc. in an approximately $100 million project with Divert Inc. to build a wasted-food-to-RNG facility in Longview, Washington, which is the first project between the parties under their $1 billion infrastructure development agreement.
• Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners in its $2.5 billion investment into CoreSite, winner of the TMT Finance Data Center Deal of the Year Award, 2023.
• AIMCo, GIC, Manulife and Ontario Teachers in their investment into the ACES Delta I hydrogen project. This deal was the winner of IJGlobal Awards “Deal of the Year,” Oil & Gas – Hydrogen, 2022 and was shortlisted for “Innovative Lawyers in Energy Transition,” 2023, by the Financial Times.
• United Airlines in the outsourcing of its catering operations at multiple hub locations to third-party vendors.
• A major commercial airline in the negotiation and execution of several new and amended capacity purchase agreements with its regional jet partners.
• Special Transaction Committee of publicly traded infrastructure services company in recapitalization of preferred stock held by affiliate.
• Athene Holding Ltd. And Donlen, LLC as lead investor in the consortium investing in the combination of Donlen and Wheels, Inc.
• Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners and Oryx Midstream Holdings LLC, a portfolio company of Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners, in a joint venture with Plains All American (Nasdaq: PAA and PAGP) of their respective Permian Basin assets, operations and commercial activities.
• Birdseye Renewable Energy in its sale to Dominion Energy.
