Kirkland & Ellis advised Crestline Investors, together with Canyon Partners, on the private credit acquisition financing backing Arkview Capital’s purchase of NeoTech, a premier provider of high-reliability electronic manufacturing services to the defense, aerospace, medical, industrial and advanced technology sectors. The transaction was announced November 19, 2025.
