Samantha Moench is a real estate associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She represents various types of clients, including investment banks and institutional lenders in the origination and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine loans for the acquisition and refinancing of properties across the United States.
Additionally, Samantha advises developers and institutional investors in the acquisition, sale, development, and financing of commercial properties. Her practice also includes work on commercial mortgage-backed securitizations and loan portfolio purchase and sale transactions. She also has experience representing financial institutions as issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, sellers, and purchasers in a variety of sophisticated asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions.
