• Represented the project in the tax equity financing for the 800 MW Vineyard Wind 1 offshore wind project off the coast of Massachusetts.
• Represented TPG Rise Climate in its approximately $550 million investment in a $750m capital raise by Intersect Power, LLC, a developer of solar, energy storage, hydrogen, wind and other renewable power generation projects.
• Represented the sponsor in the development and tax equity financing for the Fighting Jays solar project, a 350 MWac solar photovoltaic energy project in Texas.

Wind Energy Projects

• Represented the project in the $2.3 billion debt financing for the 800 MW Vineyard Wind 1 offshore wind project off the coast of Massachusetts.
• Represented the sponsor in the development and tax equity financing for the Blue Cloud, Bearkat I and Bearkat II wind energy projects in Texas.
• Represented the buyer in its acquisition of Infinity Renewables, a leading developer of utility-scale wind projects in the United States. The acquisition included more than 8,000 MW of U.S. wind and solar energy projects in various stages of development.
• Represented an equity investor in its construction period investments and subsequent partnership flip financings for six wind energy projects totaling over 900 MW located in Oklahoma, Minnesota and Kansas.
• Represented tax equity investors in partnership flip financings for a 110 MW wind energy project in Texas, a 200 MW wind energy project in South Dakota and a 65 MW wind energy project in Oklahoma.
• Represented an equity investor in its preferred equity investment in a 550 MW portfolio of wind energy projects in North Dakota and Kansas.
• Represented the sponsor in the construction and tax equity financing of the 204 MW Shannon wind project in Texas.
• Represented the lenders in a $222 million construction loan for the 150 MW Border Winds project in North Dakota and a $286 million construction loan for the 200 MW Pleasant Valley Wind project in Minnesota.
• Represented the sponsor in the $1.2 billion senior secured debt and leveraged lease financing for Phases II through V of the Alta Wind Energy Center, a 570 MW portfolio of wind energy projects in California.
• Represented the sponsor in a US $990 million bank financing of a wind and solar portfolio in Canada.
• Represented an equity investor in the acquisition and divestment of a 40 MW portfolio of wind energy projects in Minnesota.
• Represented the seller in the sale of a portfolio of wind energy projects in Nebraska, South Dakota and Texas.
• Represented the administrative agent and lenders in connection with a term loan financing for a portfolio of wind energy projects in New York State.

Solar Energy Projects

• Represented the sponsor in the development and tax equity financing for the Greasewood solar project, a 255 MWac solar photovoltaic energy project in Texas.
• Represented the sponsor in the acquisition, development and tax equity financing for, and partial divestment of, the Misae solar project, a 240 MWac solar photovoltaic energy project in Texas.
• Represented the sponsor in the development and tax equity financing for, and partial divestment of, the Sage solar project, a 58 MWac solar photovoltaic energy project in Utah.
• Represented tax equity investors in partnership flip financings for a 22 MWac solar photovoltaic energy project in Connecticut and a 27 MWac solar photovoltaic energy project in Nevada.
• Represented the initial purchaser and lenders in the $935 million senior secured project bond and bank financing for the Genesis Solar Project, a 250 MW solar thermal energy project in California.
• Represented an equity investor in connection with its purchase of an ownership interest in an approximately 70 MW portfolio of community solar and commercial & industrial ground-mounted, carport and rooftop solar and solar-plus-storage projects located across the U.S.
• Represented an equity investor in connection with its purchase of an ownership interest in an approximately 60 MW portfolio of commercial & industrial ground-mounted, carport and rooftop solar and solar-plus-storage projects located in California, Colorado, Oregon and New York.
