Represented hotel owners, operators and developers in the acquisition, disposition, financing, development and management of hospitality assets, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, licenses and ancillary transaction documents.
Led due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, financings and other complex commercial transactions by managing document review, identifying legal risks, preparing diligence reports and coordinating with cross-functional deal teams to facilitate successful closings.
