Cole Parker is a corporate partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice concentrates on negotiating and structuring complex business transactions, including leveraged buyouts, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and growth equity investments, carve-outs, and general corporate counseling for public and privately held companies and family offices, private equity funds and their respective portfolio companies.

Cole has represented private equity funds including Beecken Petty O’Keefe & Company, Chicago Growth Partners, Great Point Partners, H.I.G. Capital, J.W. Childs Associates, New Water Capital, Olympus Partners, ParkerGale, Pritzker Group Private Capital, Thomas H. Lee Partners and Union Park Capital, as well as companies including Actuant Corporation, iManage, Lou Malnati’s, Regal Beloit and The HEICO Companies.
