Kirkland Advises A&M on Acquisition of Asurint
Kirkland & Ellis advised A&M Capital, a multi-strategy private equity investment firm, on the acquisition of Asurint, an industry-leading provider of background screening solutions. A&M Capital’s investment is expected to fuel Asurint’s next phase of strategic expansion and innovation. The partnership will enable the company to further scale its advanced screening technology and expand service capabilities. The transaction was announced December 15, 2025. As part of the transaction, Guidepost Growth Equity, which first invested in Asurint in 2017, will sell all of its shares to A&M Capital.
The Kirkland team included corporate lawyers Cole Parker, Eduardo Leal and Parker Conway; and debt finance lawyers Omar Raddawi and Edward McCartney.
