• Colovore, a leading owner and operator of ultra-dense, liquid-cooled data centers purpose-built for enterprise AI infrastructure in the metro edge backed by affiliates of King Street Capital Management, in a $925 million financing provided by Blackstone funds
• Northampton Capital Partners in its investment in Blueprint Data Centers, a developer of data centers designed with flexibility to support high-performance computing workloads
• Aspen Power in its additional investment from Carlyle, building on Carlyle’s initial $350 million investment, to support Aspen Power’s development of projects across its community solar, commercial and industrial, multifamily and small-scale utility portfolios
• Infinity Natural Resources, Inc. in its $265 million initial public offering of its Class A common stock
• Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners in its co-control equity investment in Flextential, a leading data center solutions provider
• King Street Capital in its acquisition of Colovore, a Silicon Valley-based data center operator specializing in liquid-cooled, high-density colocation for artificial intelligence and high-performance computing

• Ellington Financial Inc. in its acquisition of Arlington Asset Investment Corp., a real estate investment trust that invests primarily in mortgage-related and other assets
• Three Cairns Group and Galvanize Climate Solutions in their investment in Zhero, a green energy development company
• Prairie Operating Co. in its sale to Creek Road Miners, a cryptocurrency mining company that leverages mobile power generation units and mining facilities
• G-Con Manufacturing, a provider of prefabricated cleanrooms used for manufacturing within the pharmaceuticals industry, in its acquisition by Summa Equity, a Swedish private equity firm
• HighPeak Energy Partners in the $900 million business combination with Pure Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition entity
• Civitas Resources (formerly Bonanza Creek Energy) in its $376 million acquisition of HighPoint Resources Corporation
• Caprock Midstream Holdings in its $950 million sale to EagleClaw Midstream
• Daseke in its $626 million merger with Hennessy Capital Acquisition Corp. II, a SPAC, in an all-stock transaction
• TPG in its $2.66 billion acquisition of assets from EnerVest in a SPAC business combination
• Oncor Electric Delivery Company in its approximately $400 million asset swap with Sharyland Utilities and Sharyland Distribution & Transmission Services
• Pioneer Natural Resources in the $102 million sale, along with its joint venture partners, of approximately 10,200 net acres in the western portion of Pioneer’s Eagle Ford Shale acreage position
• Magnolia Oil & Gas, a TPG Pace Energy portfolio company, in its $135 million acquisition of substantially all of the South Texas assets of Harvest Oil & Gas
• Milestone Apartments Real Estate Investment Trust in its $2.85 billion sale to Starwood Capital Group
• Quintana Energy Services Inc. in its $96 million initial public offering of common stock
• A dental support organization in its acquisitions of multiple dental practices in the Rocky Mountain and Midwest regions
• MN8 Energy (formerly Goldman Sachs Renewable Power) in connection with its acquisition of a 142 MW portfolio of solar power generation assets from a subsidiary of Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation
• Goldman Sachs in multiple equity investments, including Live Media (a multi-media production company), CitiXsys (a retail management solution provider) and Green Cloud Technologies (a cloud and security services provider)
• Goldman Sachs in its participation in an out-of-court recapitalization of its equity investment and its $90 million secured credit facility in an operator of oil and gas properties in the Uinta Basin
• TPG Growth in the $1.2 billion sale of Discovery Midstream to KKR and Williams
