Kirkland Advises Ubiquity on Sale of Southern California Fiber Network to Intrepid Fiber Networks

Kirkland & Ellis advised Ubiquity, an owner, developer and manager of digital communications infrastructure throughout the United States, on a definitive agreement to sell its Southern California fiber network to Intrepid Fiber Networks, a Brookfield-backed open-access fiber infrastructure platform. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and applicable regulatory approvals. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
