Overview

Anne Peetz is a partner in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her principal areas of practice are capital markets transactions, corporate governance and compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. Her capital markets experience includes the representation of both issuers and underwriters in public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities, and she regularly advises public companies on governance and SEC compliance and disclosure matters. Anne also represents private equity investors, their portfolio companies, as well as public and private companies, in connection with mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and strategic investments.
