• Southwestern Energy Co. (NYSE: SWN) in its merger with Chesapeake Energy Corp. (NASDAQ: CHK) to create $24 billion combined company
• ONEOK, Inc. (NYSE: OKE) in its offering of $5.25 billion senior unsecured notes
• ONEOK, Inc. (NYSE: OKE) in its $18.8 billion acquisition of Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P. (NYSE: MMP)
• Investec Bank plc (“Investec”), as administrative agent under a senior secured credit agreement, in negotiating the successful Chapter 11 purchase of substantially all of Lincoln Power, L.L.C.’s (“Lincoln”) assets by Avenue Capital Group in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The purchase included Lincoln’s two gas-fired, power-generation facilities in Illinois that can produce up to 810 MW of energy.
• Ranger Oil Corporation (NASDAQ: ROCC) in its $2.5 billion acquisition by Baytex Energy Corp. (TSX, NYSE: BTE)
• Bluescape Clean Fuels, LLC, in its definitive business combination agreement with CENAQ Energy Corp., a special purpose acquisition company focused on energy and energy transition
• Noble Corporation (NYSE: NE) in its $3.4 billion all-stock merger of equals with Maersk Drilling (CSE: DRLCO)
• Rhodium Enterprises, Inc. on its proposed listing on NASDAQ through its definitive merger agreement with SilverSun Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SSNT)
• Voyager Digital Holdings, Inc. and its affiliates in their Chapter 11 cases in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. Voyager Digital is one of the largest cryptocurrency platforms in the world, allowing customers to buy, sell, trade, and store more than 100 cryptocurrencies and supporting over $1.3 billion in aggregate cryptocurrency holdings on the platform. Voyager’s Chapter 11 cases mark one of the first restructurings of a major cryptocurrency company
• Crescent Energy Company (NYSE: CRGY) in its $815 million all-cash acquisition of Uinta Basin assets from Verdun Oil Company II LLC
• Executive Network Partnering Corp. (NYSE: ENPC), a special purpose acquisition entity, in its $1.3 billion business combination with Grey Rock Investment Partners, a Dallas-based investment firm, resulting in the formation of publicly traded Granite Ridge Resources, Inc. 
• Bristol Myers Squibb (NYSE: BMY) in its $6 billion public offering of senior unsecured notes and concurrent tender offer for several series of its outstanding notes 
• Southwestern Energy Company (NYSE: SWN) and selling stockholders in connection with an underwritten secondary offering of 63,976,376 shares of common stock for gross proceeds to the selling stockholders of $328 million
• Penn Virginia Corp. (NASDAQ: PVAC) in its $370 million merger with Lonestar Resources US Inc. (OTCQX: LONE)
