Overview

Adam Prince is a corporate partner in the Philadelphia office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as growth-stage and strategic companies on mergers and acquisitions, investments, recapitalizations and other complex transactions. His practice spans industries with a strong focus on healthcare. He helps clients navigate complex regulatory environments, execute transactions and align legal strategy with business goals. He also regularly counsels executives, founders and boards on deals, governance and other legal issues. His experience spans early-stage investments to multibillion-dollar transactions. He has also served as outside general counsel to businesses at all stages of their life cycles.
