Justin Prindle is a corporate associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on complex public and private mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, divestitures and asset sales, business combinations and IPOs involving SPACs, as well as capital markets and debt finance transactions. Justin also advises public companies and their boards on corporate governance and shareholder activism defense matters.
