Overview

Paul Rosenblatt is a litigation partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Paul’s practice focuses on representing manufacturers in high-stakes product liability and mass tort litigation. He has played a key role in leading the national expert teams for some of the largest and most complex mass torts and MDLs in the country, including surgical mesh, military earplugs and PFAS.

In addition to leading national expert teams, he has extensive experience preparing, presenting and cross-examining expert witnesses on both general and specific causation in depositions and at trial. He combines a sharp focus on dismantling an expert’s methodology with a trial-ready approach to secure favorable trial admissions. His practice spans every stage of litigation, including fact discovery, expert discovery, pretrial strategy and trial.
