Overview

Charles Rossino is a litigation associate in the Philadelphia office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He focuses on defending claims in mass litigation contexts, including in multidistrict litigations, bankruptcies and class actions, with particular focus on product liability and antitrust actions. He has also represented clients in patent licensing and infringement actions. Charles has experience representing clients across an array of industries, including life sciences, electronics, technology and finance. He leverages his science and engineering background to effectively communicate to courts and prepare and depose expert witnesses. He also advises on regulatory, medical and scientific issues central to life science deals and government investigations. Charles has extensive experience briefing dispositive motions and appeals, and he served as a law clerk for Judge Paul B. Matey of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
