Victoria has a robust pro bono practice. Most recently, Victoria argued a motion against the Attorney General of Tennessee on behalf a death-penalty petitioner seeking post-conviction relief for ineffective assistance of counsel and Brady violations; she continues as an advocate in that case along with a team of Kirkland attorneys.

Victoria has ongoing representations of minor applicants for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status and has obtained deferred action for several teenage applicants in recent years. She has also represented pro bono immigration clients before the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and in removal and asylum proceedings, and has worked on Social Security Disability appeals, including a successful application for retroactive and future benefits on behalf of an appellant who had suffered with health challenges from childhood.

Victoria also partners with Protect Democracy to tackle voting rights issues through impact litigation.
