Victoria has a robust pro bono practice. Most recently, Victoria has partnered with Protect Democracy to tackle voting rights issues through impact litigation. She has also represented pro bono immigration clients in appeals before the Court of the Appeals for the Third Circuit and in removal and asylum proceedings, and has worked on Social Security Disability appeals, including a successful application for retroactive and future benefits on behalf of an appellant who had suffered with health challenges from childhood.
