Overview

Victoria Ryan is a litigation partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Victoria has a diverse commercial litigation practice, supporting clients in disputes including breach of contract, fiduciary duty, employment, securities and antitrust. She also advises clients on deal diligence, regulatory risk, compliance issues and internal investigations. She is praised for her strategic thinking, writing precision and care with the most sensitive legal matters.

Victoria serves on the New York Summer Associate Program Committee and is active in the mentorship and career development of junior associates at the Firm, including through the Women’s Affinity Group and through her broad pro bono practice.
