Represented a joint venture between Principal Real Estate Investors and Lincoln Property Company on their $253 million sale of a 15.2-MW data center in Georgia.
Represented Principal Enhanced Property Fund on its $129.5 million acquisition of two senior living apartment communities in North Carolina.
Represented a joint venture in connection with the $1.3 billion sale of a 54-property industrial portfolio.

Represented Ares Management on a definitive merger agreement with Whitestone REIT in which Ares Real Estate Funds will acquire all outstanding Whitestone common shares and operating partnership units for $19 per share or unit in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $1.7 billion.
Represented Clayton, Dubilier & Rice-backed Veritiv Corporation in its AUD 1.775 billion acquisition of Orora Packaging Solutions from Orora (ASX: ORA).
