Jordan Sagalowsky is a litigation partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Jordan defends clients in high-profile, high-risk mass tort and product liability matters. Clients and co-counsel value Jordan’s ability to incorporate scientific and technical information into clear, persuasive defense themes. In addition to his mass tort and product liability practice, Jordan has extensive experience in complex commercial disputes representing banks, asset managers and diverse corporate clients in all stages of litigation, trial and appeal.
In his mass tort and product liability practice, Jordan often serves as a bridge between scientific or medical experts and trial teams. Jordan also frequently prepares corporate representative witnesses to testify on critical defense issues. Outside of the courtroom, Jordan serves as a trusted advisor to clients’ legal, government affairs and corporate communications teams, counseling clients on a broad array of enterprise risk issues that arise in the context of mass tort litigation. Jordan has represented clients in some of the most closely followed mass tort cases of recent years, including more than a decade of work in PFAS litigation and the defense of dozens of cases arising out of the Flint Water Crisis.
