Summary judgment victory for special committee members defending claims of breach of fiduciary duty related to take-private merger.
Summary judgment victory for banking client in defense of breach of contract and trade secret misappropriation claims.
Victory in Delaware Chancery Court dismissing derivative claims relating to all-cash acquisition.
Affirmance by the Delaware Supreme Court of motion dismissing derivative claims relating to stock-for-stock merger.
Victory in Pennsylvania appellate courts deciding constitutional issues relating to scope of powers of the state attorney general.
