Dr. Anna Schwander is a corporate partner in the Munich office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. She advises clients on all aspects of corporate law and focuses in particular on capital markets transactions and general capital market advice as well as foreign trade law.
Anna advises issuers and financial sponsors on capital markets transactions including IPOs, right offerings, private placements and block trades, as well as the issuance of high yield bonds and convertible bonds. She also advises corporations and their bodies on general capital market and stock corporation law. Furthermore, Anna is a member of our International Trade and National Security practice group and advises companies and financial investors on cross border transactions as well as public takeovers with regard to foreign trade law.
IFLR1000 recognizes Anna in its 2020 Financial and Corporate Guide as a notable practitioner for capital markets. She is also listed among the “best lawyers” for capital markets in Germany by Handelsblatt Best Lawyers 2019.
