Kirkland Advises Cloud Software Group on Acquisitions of Unicon, deviceTRUST and vast limits
Kirkland & Ellis has advised Cloud Software Group, a portfolio company of Vista Equity Partners and Elliott Investment Management, and its business unit, Citrix, on the acquisitions of Unicon GmbH (“Unicon”), deviceTRUST GmbH (“deviceTRUST”) and vast limits GmbH (“vast limits”).
Unicon is the company behind eLux OS and Scout, a secure, lean operating system and a management platform for virtual desktop endpoints. Unicon’s solutions power more than 2.5 million end-devices in over 65 countries worldwide.
