Overview

Jennifer Sheehan is a real estate partner in Kirkland's New York office. Jennifer represents and counsels a wide variety of clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, restructurings, and fund formation. Jennifer also assists in the real estate aspects of corporate financing, bankruptcy proceedings, mergers, acquisitions, and related transactions.
