Rami Sherman is a technology & IP transactions partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Rami works with the M&A practice on technology, intellectual property and complex commercial aspects of corporate transactions. He also represents clients in connection with strategic commercial agreements such as joint ventures, licenses and collaborations.
