Overview

Emily Shook is a litigation associate in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. As a seasoned practitioner, Emily guides clients through complex litigation and investigation matters, with a particular focus on the strategic preservation, collection, production, and use of electronic data from case inception through trial.

Emily is a regular author on developments within civil commercial practice, white-collar law, and best practices in conducting internal and government investigations. She is an active mentor to colleagues and law students regarding career development and well-being in the legal profession.
