• Growth equity sponsor on a $1 billion multi-asset continuation fund transaction
• A sponsor in $5.6 billion single asset continuation vehicle

Prior to joining Kirkland, Andrew was involved in the following representative matters:

• Represented Lightspeed in the closing of four funds valued at $7.1 billion
• Represented KKR in the Closing of its $4.6 billion Ascendant Fund
• Represented CD&R in the financing aspects of its acquisition of R1
• Represented Vinci Compass in its approximately $702 million VCP IV Investment Program Fund Closing
• Represented Advent International in raising $2 billion for Global Technology Fund
• Represented Advent International in raising $2 billion for seventh private equity fund dedicated to Latin America
• Represented Bregal Sagemount in closing Fund III at $1.5 billion
