Overview

Andrew Silvia is a partner in the Investment Funds Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on advising sponsors on the formation and operation of private investment funds across various fund strategies, including buyout, growth, venture, credit, real estate and infrastructure. He also advises sponsors on structuring single and multi-asset continuation funds and secondary transactions.
