Overview

Ryan Slaugh is a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice Groups of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and a member of the Firm’s industry-leading Strategic GP Advisory Practice Group. Ryan advises private equity sponsors, asset managers and investors on complex business transactions, including GP stakes and other minority investment transactions, structured equity transactions, mergers, acquisitions, financing transactions, recapitalizations and restructurings. As part of his strategic GP advisory practice, Ryan provides guidance to clients on structuring complex incentive compensation and equity ownership arrangements for principals of investment management firms.
