Kirkland Advises Lindbrook Capital in Strategic Investment from Hightower

Kirkland & Ellis represented Lindbrook Capital, LLC, an independent-minded and wealth management practice providing highly customized investment management and financial planning services with approximately $3.8 billion in assets under management and offices in Los Angeles, Calabasas and New York City, on a strategic investment from Hightower, a wealth management firm that provides investment, financial and retirement planning services to individuals, foundations and family offices, as well as 401(k) consulting and cash management services to corporations. Lindbrook Capital marks Hightower’s first strategic investment in 2025.
