Dominic Spence is an associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He advises both U.S. and non-U.S. clients on a wide range of domestic and cross-border real estate-related transactions. Dominic has experience representing private equity investors in connection with the formation of joint ventures and acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, financings and development of real estate and real estate-related assets. He also has experience representing institutional clients in connection with the real estate aspects of corporate transactions and leasing related matters.
