Laura Steinke is a corporate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Laura focuses on representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic and minority investments, and sales and other dispositions, as well as related equity, corporate governance and general corporate matters.
Laura has handled matters on behalf of, amongst others, private equity sponsors Bain Capital, The Carlyle Group, EQT, Hellman & Friedman and New Mountain Capital, as well as a number of their portfolio companies.
