Kirkland Advises Power Home Remodeling on Securing New Investment
Kirkland & Ellis represented Harvest Partners-backed Power Home Remodeling (POWER) on securing a new growth investment from Bain Capital, Sixth Street and Harvest Partners Structured Capital. Existing investor, Harvest Partners, will remain the largest investor. To date, POWER has served more than one million customers across 26 territories nationwide.
