Michael Sudano

Michael Sudano is an associate in the Investment Funds Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

Michael’s practice focuses on advising investment fund sponsors on a wide range of strategic and operational matters, including in connection with the formation, structuring, marketing, management and regulatory compliance of private equity, venture capital and similar funds, as well as the operational, legal and regulatory issues faced by fund sponsors. Michael has counseled both established and emerging sponsors across a wide range of investment strategies, and assisted sponsors in connection with negotiating and launching separately managed accounts, co-investment vehicles and other specialized investment arrangements. Michael has significant experience working with early stage sponsors in all aspects of establishing their business operations and raising capital.
