Kirkland Advises Wingman Growth Partners on Close of Oversubscribed Fund I
Kirkland & Ellis advised Wingman Growth Partners, an investment firm focused on software, data and financial technology businesses, on the formation of Wingman Growth Partners Fund I, which was oversubscribed at its $215 million hard cap. The fund received strong support from a diverse group of individual and institutional investors, including endowments, family offices, foundations and fund-of-funds from North America and around the world.
