Yanru is an associate in the Investment Funds Practice Group in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Yanru primarily represents sponsors on the organisation, structuring and operation of private investment funds across a broad range of investment strategies, including private equity and buyout funds, real estate funds, infrastructure funds and credit funds. Yanru also advices sponsors with respect to co-investments and carried interest arrangements.
Yanru has experience working in Hong Kong, New York and London, and has advised some of the world’s leading private equity firms as well as middle market sponsors in the Asian-Pacific, North American and European markets.
