Kirkland Advises Blue Owl on Joint Venture with Covivio to Acquire Thales Sites in Vélizy

Kirkland & Ellis advised funds managed by Blue Owl Capital, an alternative asset manager on its joint venture with Covivio, a leading European operator, to acquire the sites of Thales, a major player in the defence and aerospace sectors, currently owned by Covivio in Vélizy-Meudon. The transaction values the entire site at €503 million.
