Overview
William Taylor is a capital markets associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. William represents private equity sponsors, issuers and investment banks in high yield debt financings in Europe and the U.S., including leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, restructurings and liability management transactions. He also has experience working on investment-grade debt offerings, equity offerings as well as general U.S. securities law matters.

- Genesis Care in connection with its Chapter 11 reorganization and $1.7 billion debt restructuring, pursuant to which an existing creditor group emerged as the new majority equity owners of the reorganized company
