Kirkland Advises Bain Capital Private Equity and Cinven on STADA’s €1.14 Billion Senior Secured Notes Offering and Amend and Extend of Certain Credit Facilities

Kirkland & Ellis advised Bain Capital Private Equity and Cinven, through their portfolio company STADA, in connection with STADA’s offering of €570 million in aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes due 2030 and €570 million in aggregate principal amount of senior secured floating rate notes due 2030 and its concurrent amendment and extension of its £316 million term loan and €365 million revolving credit facilities. The proceeds of the offering of the notes together with drawings under a new sterling-denominated term loan facility were used to fund a full redemption of STADA’s existing senior secured notes due 2026 and a full repayment of STADA’s existing sterling-denominated term loan facility.
