Kirkland Advises Greenbriar Equity Group on Acquisition of eShipping

Kirkland & Ellis represented Greenbriar Equity Group on its acquisition of eShipping, a provider of managed transportation, logistics and supply chain technology solutions. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed. The transaction was announced January 6, 2026.
