David M. Towarnicky
Overview
David Towarnicky is a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice Groups of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and a member of the Firm’s industry-leading Strategic GP Advisory Practice Group. David advises private equity sponsors, asset managers and investors on complex business transactions, including minority investment transactions, structured equity transactions, mergers, acquisitions, financing transactions, recapitalizations and restructurings. Prior to Kirkland, David spent more than two years working in banking as a foreign currency trader and bank officers with Branch Banking & Trust (BB&T).
