Kirkland & Ellis counseled private equity firm TJC and Allure Beauty Labs, a performance-driven beauty platform, on the acquisition of contract packaging company Kleen Concepts. The private equity firm is combining existing portfolio company Allure Labs with Kleen Concepts to create Allure Beauty Concepts as announced August 8, 2023. The newly combined entity will provide customer-centric solutions across the personal care industry.
