Alisa Tschorke is an executive compensation partner in the Firm’s New York office. Alisa’s practice focuses on advising clients on a wide range of executive compensation, employee benefit and employment matters in connection with mergers, acquisitions, sales and private equity investments and initial public offerings.
Alisa regularly advises clients on structuring and implementing equity and cash-based incentive plans and retention programs as well as the applicable tax, securities law, corporate governance and disclosure implications of those arrangements. Alisa also represents clients in negotiating employment, change in control, separation and incentive agreements.
