William Tuttle is an investment funds partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and focuses his practice on capital markets and corporate matters involving the asset management industry. Will advises business development companies (BDCs), closed-end funds, investment advisers and investment banks on a wide range of public and private capital markets transactions and other corporate matters. He regularly counsels on the establishment and ongoing operation of public, private and continuously offered BDCs, consolidation transactions in the BDC industry and the formation and structuring of asset managers.
