Adarsh Varghese is a corporate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Adarsh focuses on complex business transactions, including leveraged buyouts for private equity clients, cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, minority investments and other general corporate matters. Prior to joining Kirkland, Adarsh worked as a corporate attorney in India where he advised clients on investments into India.
