Kirkland Advises Providence Equity Partners on Sale of ATG to MARI

Kirkland & Ellis advised Providence Equity Partners on the sale of Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG), a leading international theater company spanning venue operations, production and ticketing, to MARI. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. Until completion, MARI and ATG will continue to operate as separate companies.
