Christina Wa is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group and is a member of the Bay Area-based team that focuses on the Real Estate aspects of the Firm's Private Equity, M&A, Energy and Infrastructure and Restructuring transactions. Christina has experience representing real estate private equity and institutional investors in all forms of commercial real estate acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing across the United States.
