Benedict Wilson is a corporate associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Benedict’s practice focuses on advising a broad range of financial investor clients, including private equity houses, private companies and other financial sponsors globally.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Benedict spent time on secondment in New York, working on a range of cross-border and U.S. private equity and strategic M&A transactions, and São Paulo, Brazil, working on a range of private equity and strategic M&A transactions across the LATAM region.
