Kirkland Advises Accel-KKR on Sale of NAVTOR to Alfa Laval
Kirkland & Ellis advised Accel-KKR on the sale of NAVTOR, a leading software platform supporting e-navigation, vessel-performance solutions and onboard integrated workflows, to Alfa Laval.
The transaction is expected to close during Q1 2027, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
