Prior to joining Kirkland, Andy was involved in the following representative matters:
- Golar LNG Limited in connection with 20-year charters of the FLNG Hilli Episeyo and FLNG MK II with a net charter hire of a combined US$685 million per year, plus a commodity linked tariff component, for the largest offshore LNG Project in Argentina (Recognized as “Venture of the Year” at the 2026 Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN) Awards).
- Naturgy on its negotiation and execution of a long-term sales and purchase agreement for the purchase of one million tonnes per annum (Mtpa) of LNG from Venture Global for 20 years beginning in 2030.
- MidOcean Energy in its acquisition of an indirect interest in LNG Canada, and direct interest in the upstream assets of the North Montney joint venture, from PETRONAS.
- EQT:
- on its long-term LNG supply agreement with Sempra Infrastructure.
- on its 20-year LNG Sale and Purchase Agreement with Commonwealth LNG.
- Macquarie on its 15-year LNG sale and purchase agreement with Amigo LNG.
- Glencore on its strategic partnership with Kimmeridge Texas Gas and Commonwealth LNG to purchase two million tonnes per annum (Mtpa) of LNG for 20 years from Commonwealth, as well as equivalent natural gas supply from KTG under a netback agreement at international prices.
- Peak Reliability, LLC on all procurement and construction matters in connection with the development of a 230 MW power generation facility to be located in Texas.
- Tiger Infrastructure Partners in its investment in Bolder Industries.
- Blackstone Energy Transition Partners in its equity investment in Western LNG.
- Eco Material Technologies Inc. in its US$800 million term loan facility.
