Kirkland Advises Vitol on 20-Year LNG Supply Agreement with IRH
Kirkland & Ellis advised Vitol Inc., a leader in energy and commodities, in connection with a liquified natural gas Sale and Purchase Agreement under which Vitol will supply 1.0 million tonnes per annum of LNG on a free on-board basis to IRH Global Trading Ltd., subsidiary of International Resources Holding, for a period of 20 years.
