Xin Florence Zhang is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and a member of the Investment Funds Group. Florence's practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, structured equity transactions, minority interest sales and other public and private transactions.
