Robert Zitko advises clients of all different sizes in many different industries on a wide variety of employee benefit matters relating to the design, preparation, and administration of all forms of employee benefit plans and executive compensation programs, including 401(k) plans, pension plans, ESOPs, stock option and stock purchase plans, incentive compensation plans, non-qualified plans (and rabbi trusts) and welfare plans. Robert also advises clients regarding the employee benefit aspects of corporate acquisitions and dispositions and represents clients and negotiates on their behalf with the IRS, Department of Labor, and PBGC with respect to employee benefit issues.
